  27. Judges Strike Down Communications Decency Act
  28.  
  29. =============================================================
  30. This morning, June 12, 1996, the Federal Court in Philadelphia,
  31. PA issued a preliminary injunction striking down the
  32. Communications Decency Act as unconstitutional.  The vote of
  33. the judges was 3-0.
  34.  
  35. It is expected that the Justice Department will appeal the
  36. decision to the Supreme Court.
